Our Zaandam test lab has tests on a wide array of products from all over the world including all kinds of soft and hardwood, torrefied and steam-exploded wood, and agriwaste such as bagasse, straw, and empty fruit bunches. Additionally, tests have been performed on oilseed residuals like sunflower and soya hulls, fertilizer from manure, digestate, compost, RDF waste, plastics, textiles and much more. Using industrial heavy-duty equipment like roller mills, hammermills, pellet mills and briquetting presses, our Zaandam Test Lab offers the optimal solution to your densifying and particle size reduction needs. Results from our test lab can be analyzed in terms of particle size, density, pellet durability, moisture content, and other relevant parameters. In addition to our analysis equipment, we have the ability to do chemical analysis, including ash content, calorific value, and chemical composition.
The Horsham Test Center has an extensive inventory of processing equipment and offers a range of applications. We can replicate existing processes and develop new ones, allowing us to accurately evaluate a variety of your products and materials. A portion of the products we can test include nuts and seeds, fruits and vegetables, cereals and snacks, breakfast foods and non-food items like rubber and fiber. The test center can also be used to carry out confidential product development trials as required. After testing, our skilled engineers and process technologists will provide you with data-driven recommendations to optimize your operation.
