1883

CPM Founded as Toulouse & Delorieux in San Francisco, CA.

1931

Introduced the first commercially successful pellet mill.

1961

Established Amsterdam operations to serve the European markets.

1970

Established Singapore facility to serve the Asian market.

1987-1989

Acquired Roskamp Manufacturing and Champion Products.

1996

Established Wuxi facility to serve the China market.

2002-2006

Acquired Beta Raven and Century Extrusion and Wolverine Proctor (U.S.)
